The core enquiry is for coach transport with driver. Attraction tickets, educational activities, meals and licensed guiding are not automatically included. A driver is not a substitute for a licensed tourist guide at archaeological sites or museums.

Can we request a Mercedes 50-seater for our school visit?
Send your date, total passenger count, ages and itinerary. Availability and vehicle suitability are assessed before booking.
Do teachers count toward the passenger limit?
Yes. Include every travelling pupil and adult in the total passenger count.
Can you collect the group directly from school?
Provide the address. The boarding point depends on coach access and stopping space and must be agreed in advance.
Can the coach wait during a museum visit?
Request waiting or a timed return explicitly. Venue parking and stopping arrangements must be assessed; waiting is not automatically included.
Are educational sessions and museum tickets included?
No. Confirm these separately with the attraction or your organiser unless additional arrangements are explicitly agreed.
How is the price calculated?
Request a written quote for the date, route, vehicle requirements, stops, duration and waiting plan. Confirm parking, tolls, extra hours and programme-change arrangements. Published minivan fares do not apply.
