Welcome to AMT / Athens Airport Minivan Transfer ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.athensairportminivantransfer.com and our private minivan transfer services from Athens International Airport ("Services").

By accessing the Site, making a booking, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

We provide transportation services only. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and AMT / Athens Airport Minivan Transfer, a Sole proprietorship based in Bertou 68, Keratsini, 18758, Greece.

1. Use of the Site and Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking (e.g., flight details, passenger count, pickup/drop-off locations).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion (e.g., if information is incomplete or misleading).

2. Bookings and Confirmation

  • Bookings are requests for service. Availability is confirmed only after we review and accept your request.
  • Full confirmation (driver details, meeting instructions) is sent after your booking is accepted.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) to info@athensairportminivantransfer.com or +306906225739.

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: Cancellation accepted.
  • Less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: Late cancellation.
  • No-shows: Booking forfeited.

We recommend travel insurance for delays, missed flights, or other issues beyond our control.

4. Our Service Obligations

  • We will provide a licensed, insured private minivan transfer at the confirmed time and location.
  • Pickup times account for reasonable flight delays (we monitor commercial flights); grace periods apply (e.g., 60 minutes after landing for international arrivals).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, customs, security, or other factors outside our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the meeting point on time with all necessary documents.
  • Provide accurate flight/train details for tracking.
  • Comply with Greek traffic laws, airport rules, and driver instructions.
  • No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior in vehicles.
  • Report any issues immediately (on the day) for resolution.

6. Liability and Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., missed flights/connections, lost business, accommodation).
  • Personal injury, property damage, or losses unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Delays, cancellations, or issues due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government actions).

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, logos, text, and content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (linked separately).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Athens, Greece.
