Discover Delphi Together, Without Splitting Your Group
A private day trip from Athens to Delphi in a Mercedes 50-seater coach with driver, planned around your group and the sights you want to explore.
Bring your association, organised holiday group or extended family on one coordinated journey to Delphi. AMT arranges private coach transport from Athens with agreed meeting points, sightseeing time and a return plan. This is exclusive transport for your group, not individual tickets on a shared coach departure.

A Delphi Programme Built for 50 Passengers
Morning: Athens Pickup & Journey to Delphi
Start at an agreed coach-accessible meeting point. Share your accommodation addresses so we can assess whether one central pickup or several stops will work best. Allow time for boarding and a passenger headcount before departure. Discuss comfort breaks and the preferred departure time when requesting your quote.
Main Visit: Archaeological Site & Museum
Prioritise the Delphi archaeological site and museum according to your group's interests and ticket arrangements. Walking pace, uneven surfaces and time spent inside the museum all affect the schedule. The coach connects agreed meeting points; it does not provide access through the archaeological site.
Lunch & Optional Arachova Stop
Build in a meal break rather than rushing from one attraction to the next. If you want an Arachova stop, request it in advance so access, parking and the return schedule can be assessed. For a large group, a prearranged meal and a clear regrouping point can make the day easier.
Afternoon: Return to Athens
Agree your return destination and any must-arrive-by time before booking. This is a full-day excursion; avoid planning a tight onward flight or cruise connection without discussing the timing first.
What to Confirm Before Booking
Vehicle & Passenger Requirements
Request a Mercedes 50-seater coach and provide the actual passenger count. Tell us about suitcases, mobility needs and any equipment. Availability, luggage capacity and essential vehicle features are confirmed for the assigned coach, not assumed from its seat count.
Guiding & Attraction Tickets
The service is coach transport with driver. If your group wants a licensed guide at Delphi, ask for this separately. Museum and site tickets, reservations, guiding and meals are not automatically included; have the agreed inclusions stated in your quote.
Large-Group Coordination
Choose one organiser as the contact person. Share the timetable, meeting points and walking expectations with passengers beforehand. Leave room for boarding, comfort stops and slower walkers rather than filling every minute with activities.
Delphi Coach Day Trip or Overnight Tour?
A Delphi day trip focuses on one destination and returns to Athens. If you also want Meteora or a longer mainland itinerary, choose a separate overnight programme instead of trying to fit it into this day trip. Explore our multi-day Mercedes coach tours of Greece.

Delphi Group Coach Tour FAQ
Can we book a private coach for up to 50 people?
Request a Mercedes 50-seater for your travel date. We confirm availability and suitability for your passenger count and itinerary before booking.
Is this the same as your minivan Delphi tour?
No. This enquiry is for large-group coach transport. Minivan capacity, published minivan prices and small-group arrangements do not apply to a 50-seater booking.
Can the coach collect us from several hotels?
Send the hotel addresses. Multiple pickups depend on coach access and timing; a central meeting point may be more practical for the group.
Can we add Arachova or a group lunch?
Include your preferred stop and meal arrangements in the request. They must fit the agreed programme and be confirmed before departure.
How much does the Delphi coach day trip cost?
Ask for a tailored group quote covering the travel date, pickup locations, service duration and agreed stops. Confirm parking, waiting arrangements, additional hours and any separate guide or ticket charges in writing.
