Confirm the permitted coach boarding point and walking route from your terminal. Nominate an organiser for headcounts; do not assume direct collection beside the vessel.
The All-Aboard Deadline
Provide the actual required return time, not just sailing time. Plan a return buffer and prioritise returning to port over adding another stop. No ship-connection guarantee is offered.
Choose a Manageable Athens Sightseeing Programme
Discuss a compact city orientation, selected panoramic stops or an Acropolis-area visit based on the available window. These are planning options, not fixed packages. Your itinerary depends on access, traffic, opening hours, ticket availability and the pace of the group.
An Acropolis or museum visit requires walking and additional time for entry. Tickets and licensed guiding are separate requirements. A driver is not a substitute for a licensed tourist guide inside archaeological sites or museums.
For free time around Plaka or another pedestrian area, agree a regrouping point and departure time. Coach transport connects permitted meeting points; it does not drive through pedestrian sightseeing areas.
Allow Time for All 50 Passengers
A 50-seater offers up to 50 passenger seats, including accompanying guides and organisers. Boarding, headcounts, comfort breaks and returning from attractions take time. Share mobility needs and walking limitations before selecting stops.
Essential accessibility features and vehicle amenities must be confirmed for the assigned coach. Describe bags and bulky equipment; seat count does not establish luggage capacity. Keep travel documents and essentials with passengers.

Confirm the actual cruise call and terminal instructions for your date. Check current attraction hours and plan outdoor visits around daylight and expected conditions. No unverified cruise calendar or attraction timetable is published here.
Agree a shorter or revised programme if disembarkation is delayed or conditions reduce the usable sightseeing window. Additional waiting, changed stops or extra hours require confirmation under the agreed arrangements.
Shore Excursion or Direct Transfer?
A port-of-call sightseeing journey begins and ends around your time ashore. A disembarkation-day tour ending at a hotel or airport is a different programme: request it explicitly with luggage and onward-travel requirements rather than assuming it is included.
What Your Written Quote Should Specify
Send ship, terminal, date, disembarkation arrangements, all-aboard deadline, passengers, bags and sightseeing priorities. Include mobility needs and whether you require licensed guiding or attraction entry arrangements.
Ask for the transport duration, agreed stops, meeting points, waiting allowances, parking, tolls and additional-hour arrangements to be stated. Guiding, tickets and meals are not included unless expressly agreed. Published minivan or Sprinter fares do not apply to a 50-seater.

Is return to the ship guaranteed?

What if disembarkation is late?
Contact the transport team using the agreed arrangements. The programme may need to be shortened or changed; confirm applicable terms before booking.
Can the tour end at Athens Airport?
Request a separate disembarkation-day programme with luggage and flight details. It is not a port-of-call return itinerary.
