Can guests be dropped at several locations?
Send all proposed stops and passenger allocations. Access, route duration and cost are assessed before the return programme is agreed.
Can we have an early and a late return?
Request both departures with expected passenger counts. The programme must allow sufficient time for each route; additional vehicles may be needed depending on timings.
What if dinner finishes later than planned?
Agree waiting and change arrangements beforehand. Extra time is not automatically included in a fixed-time return quote.
