Choose the Winter Transfer You Actually Need
Athens Airport to Arachova Accommodation
Send your arrival date, flight details and exact hotel address. Allow time for arrivals procedures, baggage collection and group boarding. A large coach cannot be assumed to reach every hotel entrance; agree an accessible unloading point and any final walking or onward arrangement before travel.
Athens City to Arachova
For groups starting in Athens, request one practical boarding point or provide every proposed pickup address. Multiple stops affect timing and the quote. Nominate a group organiser to coordinate passengers and equipment before departure.
Parnassos Ski-Area Transfer Requests
Specify your intended ski-area destination and visiting date rather than treating all mountain access points as interchangeable. Coach access depends on road conditions, restrictions, parking and the operating arrangements for that day. An Arachova hotel transfer does not automatically include onward ski-centre transport.
Return Journey or Repeated Hotel–Ski-Area Trips
Request the return transfer when planning the outbound journey. If your group needs transport on several ski days, list each date, pickup address and preferred departure window. These journeys require their own confirmed programme and quote.
Ski Equipment Needs Its Own Luggage Plan
A 50-seater provides up to 50 passenger seats, but seating capacity does not establish equipment capacity. Share the number of suitcases, ski bags, snowboard bags, boot bags and other bulky items, with approximate sizes where helpful.
Tell us whether equipment is travelling with the group or being hired at the destination. Keep bags clearly labelled and nominate one organiser for loading coordination. Essential onboard amenities and accessibility features must be confirmed for the assigned coach rather than assumed.
Winter Conditions Change the Transport Plan
Snow, ice, poor visibility and road restrictions can affect the route, departure time and meeting point. A booking is not a promise of access regardless of conditions. Ask how route changes, waiting and disruption will be handled before confirming your journey.
Ski-centre operation and snow conditions are separate from transport availability. Check the destination's current operating information before finalising your programme. Do not plan around guaranteed snowfall, guaranteed lift operation or a fixed arrival time in every weather condition.
Discuss a practical fallback if the intended mountain destination is inaccessible. Any alternative stop, extra vehicle or revised itinerary must be agreed rather than assumed to be included.
Hotel Access & Group Timing in Arachova
Provide your actual accommodation location and ask the property about coach access and group luggage handling. A nearby boarding point may be required where roads or entrances do not suit a full-size coach. Share mobility requirements and walking limitations early so the arrival plan can be assessed.
For a day outing, allow time for boarding, comfort breaks, equipment collection and regrouping. For an overnight stay, coordinate hotel check-in and return luggage collection. If the return journey ends at Athens Airport, allow a realistic buffer around your airline's recommended airport arrival time.
Christmas, New Year & Winter Weekend Requests
Include your exact dates and preferred pickup times when requesting a quote for holiday periods or winter weekends. Confirm availability before committing the whole group to a schedule. This page covers winter enquiries without promising that snow or ski-area access will be available in any particular month.
A Written Quote for Your Winter Group
Request a quote stating the direction, dates, passenger count, equipment requirements, pickup and drop-off points, agreed stops and return arrangements. Confirm tolls, parking, waiting, additional hours and the arrangements applicable to weather disruption. Published minivan prices and waiting allowances do not apply to a 50-seater coach.
Arachova & Parnassos Winter Coach FAQ
Can up to 50 passengers travel together?
Request a Mercedes 50-seater for your date. Availability, luggage capacity and suitability for the destination are assessed before booking.
Can we start at Athens Airport instead of the city?
Yes, request the pickup location you need and provide flight details for an airport arrival. The meeting point and boarding plan are agreed in advance.
Is ski-centre transport included with the hotel transfer?
Not automatically. Request each journey separately, including dates and destination details, so access and scheduling can be confirmed.
Will all our skis and suitcases fit?
Send quantities and sizes. Equipment capacity must be confirmed for the assigned coach rather than inferred from its number of seats.
Can we travel if mountain roads are closed?
Access cannot be guaranteed when roads are closed or restricted. Confirm contingency and disruption arrangements before booking.
Is this a shared ski bus?
No. This enquiry is for private group coach transport, not individual seats on a scheduled shared departure.
