Athens Airport Charter-Flight Group Transfers
Request Mercedes 50-seater coach transport with driver for organiser-led passenger groups arriving on charter flights at Athens International Airport.
Build a ground-transport brief around flight details, passenger allocations and onward destinations. AMT can assess vehicle availability and a practical boarding programme before booking. This is a coach transport enquiry, not an aircraft charter, airline service or airport handling package.
Allocate Passengers Before Arrival
Count the Travelling Group
Provide confirmed passengers, accompanying staff and luggage requirements. An aircraft's capacity does not determine how many coaches your actual group needs.
Assign Destinations
List hotels or other destinations and passenger numbers for each. Agree which groups share a vehicle and which require separate journeys.
Confirm Boarding Instructions
Nominate an organiser to coordinate headcounts and share the agreed meeting point. Distinguish flight arrival from the time passengers will be ready with their bags.
One Flight Does Not Mean One Coach
A Mercedes 50-seater offers up to 50 passenger seats, including accompanying organisers and guides. Groups exceeding confirmed capacity need an appropriate additional-vehicle or journey plan.
Several coaches must be requested explicitly. Fleet quantity and availability are assessed for the booking; no unlimited fleet is promised. Do not assume one vehicle can make repeated airport collections quickly enough for every group.
Provide passenger totals per destination and per movement. A simple group allocation brief helps avoid people joining the wrong departure. Do not send passports or other unnecessary sensitive passenger documents through an initial quote enquiry.
Luggage Determines Vehicle Suitability Too
Send suitcase quantities and approximate sizes, cabin bags, mobility equipment and bulky items. Seat count does not establish baggage capacity. Describe specialist equipment before committing the group.
Where passengers travel to different properties, identify how bags will be allocated and unloaded. Extra hotel stops and handling time affect the programme. Freight services and cargo handling are not included.
Airport Collection Is Subject to Permitted Access
Confirm the actual flight details and passenger arrival arrangements with your airline or organiser. Agree the meeting location, contact arrangements and permitted coach boarding point before sharing instructions.
No airside access, apron pickup, fast-track entry or terminal escort service is promised. A coach booking does not replace airport or airline handling arrangements. Any requested meet-and-greet service and its scope must be confirmed separately.
Changed Flight Times Need a Clear Contact Chain
Nominate the organiser who can communicate approved schedule changes. Ask for flight-monitoring, waiting and delay arrangements to be specified in writing rather than assuming unlimited waiting.
A revised flight time can affect coach availability, service hours and the onward programme. For arrivals after midnight, specify the actual calendar date. Late-night availability requires confirmation.
Autumn and Winter Group Arrivals
Use flight details for the actual date, not a seasonal expectation. Include hotel reception arrangements and any required onward arrival times.
Weather-related disruption, traffic and altered flight schedules can change the ground programme. Additional vehicles, diversions or extra waiting need reassessment. No airport-to-ship or airport-to-event connection guarantee is offered.
Departure Waves and Airport Returns
For outbound flights, provide accommodation addresses, passenger allocations, luggage and the airport arrival time required by the airline. Allow for checkout, group assembly and loading.
If passengers depart on different flights, request a separate movement schedule. An arrival quote does not automatically include airport returns, and one coach cannot serve simultaneous routes.
Route Guidance for Your Allocated Groups
This page focuses on organiser-led arrival allocations and dispatch planning. A straightforward single-group route belongs on the relevant destination page.
Request a Written Group Transport Proposal
Send date, flight details, passengers per destination, luggage, addresses, movement times and an organiser contact. Include return flights and essential vehicle requirements where relevant.
Ask for vehicle quantities, routes, boarding arrangements, service hours, waiting, parking, tolls and extra movements to be specified. Published minivan and Sprinter fares do not apply to a 50-seater programme.
No fixed published fare, instant confirmation or airline affiliation is advertised here. Confirm availability, agreed scope and booking terms before committing your passengers.
Charter-Flight Group Coach FAQ
Can we request several coaches for one arriving group?
Send passenger allocations, luggage and dates. Vehicle quantities and availability must be assessed and confirmed.
Do you charter the aircraft?
No. This page concerns private road transport with driver, not an aircraft or airline booking.
Can coaches collect passengers from the apron?
No airside service is promised. Confirm permitted landside meeting and boarding arrangements.
Can groups go to different hotels?
Provide every destination and passenger allocation so the vehicle and stop plan can be assessed.
Is meet and greet automatically included?
Request it and have the scope confirmed. Do not assume escort or airport handling services are part of a coach enquiry.
What happens when the flight time changes?
Contact the transport team using the agreed arrangements. Revised availability, waiting and movements require assessment under the booking terms.
Send Your Charter-Group Ground Transport Brief
Start with the passenger allocations and destinations so the transport proposal matches the group's actual movements.
